My Depo Story - Anonymous

Hi please keep anonymous. I had 3 shots of depo , I had some personal issues throughout the time that I blamed for my extreme bad moods, literally irritated at everything and everyone. Bad anxiety that caused me to have panic attacks and an overall feeling of hopelessness, constant worrying about my future , my children's happiness ext After my relationship ended  ( I feel partly because i was so vile and miserable and snappy!) I decided I didn't need to be on birth control. I have now realized all these issues started when i had depo and since coming off I feel amazing. Back to me, happier and my anxiety has gone to a minimum, even though I still have the same personal life issues regarding my family to deal with, I can manage this without feeling so overwhelmed depressed and horrible to people in my life. Depo really changed me as a person in a very negative way. I couldn't see the joy or positive in my life just black clouds. My periods took 6 months to return and have been extremely irregular, bleeding every other week for the last 6 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this horrible injection to anyone!
