 I was 14 when I got the depo shot, it effected me majorly.
I had a period for up to 6 months long. I also developed depression, worsened anxiety, severe hormonal acne, weight gain, weight loss, I only got it once tho. I switched to the ring for 2 years. I’m 17 about to be 18 now and I still have problems like back pain, weight loss, loss of appetite, hair loss. I feel like birth control stunted my growth as well because I have noticed a lot of growth this pass year since I stopped taking it .
